Autumn Soups

Fall can be a little bit of an adjustment for many people. The summer is over, days are getting shorter and colder weather is on the way.

On the flip side, we have beautiful foliage in New England, the weather is great for walking and it’s soup season!

If you’re looking for some new meal ideas, check out these soup recipes. They are definitely some of our favorites and are pretty easy to make. They also taste great and are super healthy.

I often make soup in the Instant Pot because it’s so convenient, but you can make any of these soups on the stovetop. In most recipes I’ve tried to add stovetop directions as well.
